A sleek, contemporary camp set on a private Okavango peninsula, Qorokwe blends eco-chic design with serious game viewing. The concession’s mix of floodplains, woodlands and permanent channels delivers excellent predator sightings, with land activities year-round and water activities when levels allow. The camp is 100% solar-powered, with raised walkways, a lagoon-front main deck and an inviting pool.

Our Favorite Rooms

The Family Suite (extra-spacious with private splash pool) for families; for couples, ask for a lagoon-facing tent near the central stretch for wildlife views between drives. All tents look onto productive waterholes/lagoon.

Dining

Daily-changing, chef-led menus with fresh, seasonal produce sourced from local partners; relaxed plated meals, bush brunches and sociable boma dinners on select nights. Dietary needs are well handled.

Packing Tips

Soft duffel only (see baggage rules below), neutral layers for warm days/cool mornings, swimsuit for the pool, a light waterproof (green season), wide-brim hat and high-SPF sunscreen, binocs and spare batteries/SD cards.

Insider Tips

Combine day/night drives with mokoro/boating when flood levels allow; predawn and last-light drives are prime for big predators here. The yoga mats in-tent are handy for a stretch between activities; the boma evenings are a highlight.
