1. Introduction

Our Confidence Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind when booking with Refined Routes. It ensures transparency, fairness, and the best available rates from our partner lodges and travel providers.

2. No Booking Fees

Refined Routes does not charge you booking fees on lodging, transfers, or any extras that are quoted as part of your itinerary.

We earn our income through commissions paid by lodges and travel partners.

If there are third-party charges directly related to processing your booking (such as credit card fees, bank transfer charges, or mandatory government taxes), these will be passed through at cost without markup.

3. Best Price Commitment

We guarantee that if you find a better publicly available rate, we will match it.

To qualify, the competing rate must apply to:

• The same lodge or hotel,
• The same room type, inclusions, and number of guests,
• The same travel dates and length of stay,
• The same booking and cancellation policies.

4. Exclusions

This Guarantee does not apply to:

1. Rates from unauthorized agents, resale or auction sites, or “mystery hotel” offers.
2. Promo codes, coupons, member-only discounts, or cash-back schemes.
3. Package deals (e.g., bundled flights + hotel).
4. Staff, corporate, or specially negotiated rates.
5. Rates that cannot be independently verified at the time of booking.
6. Rates quoted on websites that do not process bookings directly and instead redirect to third-party sites.
7. Minor differences (less than 3% or $20 equivalent per booking).
8. Errors or misprints on third-party websites.
9. Bookings that have already been cancelled.
