Our Favorite Rooms

Choose any riverfront glass-sided suite for floor-to-ceiling views, A/C, a deep soaking tub and a private deck where hippos soundtrack your stay. The family suites add an adjoining twin bedroom without losing the outlook. For multi-gen or two couples, the Geoffrey Kent Suite delivers 2 en-suite bedrooms, lounge/dining, private infinity pool, wraparound deck and a private vehicle/guide for total independence.

Dining

Plated, seasonal menus in the dining room or alfresco on the river terrace; boma evenings, bush breakfasts and private bush dinners set under stars can be arranged.

Tips

Packing Tips

Soft bag for bush flights, neutral layers, warm top for early drives, wide-brim hat, and a dry bag for cameras in the vehicle.

Insider Tips

Time a river-terrace dinner for hippo calls after dark. If travelling with kids, pre-book a private vehicle (required when children are below the age of 5). During migration, ask guides to stage sunrise starts near likely crossing points.
