Our Favorite Rooms

4 in West Camp, each en-suite. Guests often request West Camp tents closest to the channel for the liveliest water views and easy access to the log-pile hide. 8 tents in total in East Camp with 4 tents is re-opened. Outdoor showers are only available in West Camp.

Dining

Camp-style, generous and fireside, with brunch in the shade of a big fig tree, classic Botswana beef grilled over open coals in the boma, fresh-baked breads and hearty potjie stews, simple plating and plenty of story-swapping under the stars.

Packing Tips

Neutral layers for cool dawns and warm middays, a windproof for open vehicles, polarised sunglasses, dust buff, soft-soled shoes for decks, a beanbag for the hide, and a soft duffel for light-aircraft hops

Insider Tips

Ask to spend an unhurried hour in the log-pile hide between brunch and tea when elephants and buffalo drift in, and, if rotors are operating, add a short scenic helicopter flip for that bird’s-eye sweep of channels and marsh.
