Fly into Cape Town International Airport, followed by a scenic 50–60 minute drive along the peninsula to Simon’s Town.
Tintswalo Boulders offers a mix of Premier, Superior, Standard Sea-Facing, Luxury, and one Courtyard Suite. The Premier Sea-Facing Suites are the standout, with elevated positions, large private balconies, and direct access to the pool area, offering the best views over Boulders Beach. The Superior and Standard Sea-Facing Suites sit lower, with smaller balconies and direct access towards the penguin boardwalk. The Luxury Suites have side sea views without balconies, while the Courtyard Suite offers privacy but no ocean view. Across all categories, expect elegant, individually styled rooms with en suite bathrooms and a strong residential feel.
Dining is personal and relaxed, with breakfast included and served overlooking the ocean. Additional meals can be arranged, often enjoyed in an intimate, almost private dining setting with a strong focus on quality and atmosphere. For dinner there are some great restaurants in the area.
Light coastal clothing, a windbreaker for breezy evenings, and comfortable shoes for exploring the coastline and boardwalks.
Use the private gate access to the penguin boardwalk early in the morning or late afternoon, this is when it feels most exclusive and quiet.
The property’s location within the protected Boulders Beach area supports the conservation of the endangered African penguin colony, with controlled access and ongoing environmental protection efforts.
