Flight from Maun to Khwai Airstrip, approx. 25–30 minutes, followed by a 30–45 minute game drive transfer to camp.
Sable Alley offers standard tents, a family tent, and a honeymoon suite. The standard tents are spacious, each with extended decks and private plunge pools overlooking the channel. The family tent features two separate bedrooms with a shared living area, making it ideal for families. The honeymoon suite is set slightly apart for added privacy. Across all categories, expect canvas suites with en suite bathrooms, outdoor showers, and a warm, understated design that reflects the Delta’s tones.
Dining is relaxed and social, centred around the main area and firepit. Expect fresh, well-executed safari cuisine with an easy flow between lounge, bar, and dining spaces following the recent refurbishment.
Neutral safari clothing, a warm layer for early mornings, and swimwear for your private plunge pool.
Spend time in camp between activities. The changing light over the channel and the movement of wildlife through the surrounding area make it more than just a base between drives.
